The University’s Policy on Prohibited Harassment, Including Sexual Misconduct, and Discrimination protects individuals from discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, creed, genetic information, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, or any other category protected by law.

Any faculty, staff, student or member of the University community who believes he or she has been subjected to discrimination, harassment or sexual misconduct may seek a resolution by contacting the Equal Opportunity/ADA (EO/ADA) Office. Alternatively, a individual may submit a written complaint with the office.
